Larry Cranston

Graveside funeral services will be held on Monday January 25, 2021 at 1pm at Lindsay Cemetery for Larry V. Cranston Sr 81, of Strathmore/Porterville and formerly of Lindsay, who passed away January 13, 2021

Larry was born in Lindsay to Voris and Emma Cranston and was raised and attended school in Lindsay.

Larry owned and operated Foster and Merryman Trucking in Strathmore for Over 45 years.  He was also a Farmer in the Lindsay/Strathmore area.  He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and going to the Casino.  He was loved and will be missed by so many people.

Larry married the Love of his life when they were both 17 years old, Eva Nell Foster.  They had been married over 64 years,  He was a hardworking, dedicated, honest, loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, and 
Great-Grandfather.  He was fondly called G.G. by his Great-Grandchildren.

He is survived by his Wife Eva Nell Cranston, Son Larry Cranston Jr, Daughter Lynn Hoskison,
Grandson Michael Hoskison, Granddaughter Sara Cranston, Great-Grandchildren, Xander, Vance, Piper and Tommy.  Sister Deanna Wilson, Brothers Donald Cranston and James Cranston, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and so many dear friends.

He is preceded in death by Son Marty Cranston, Parents Voris and Emma Cranston.  He was a very special man, and will be missed greatly by all who knew him.
