Pascual Rodriguez

The Holy Rosary will be prayed on Wednesday, September 1 at 6 PM and Mass of Christian Burial will be said on Thursday, September 2 at 10:00 A.M., both at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Lindsay for Pascual Rodriguez, 85 of Lindsay who passed away August 19. Interment will follow the Mass at Lindsay Cemetery.

Pascual was born January 1, 1936 in Chavinda, Michoacan, Mexico to Macario and Maria Rodriguez and was raised in Chavinda and Los Reyes. He came to the Lindsay area in 1960 and then went back to Los Reyes to marry his wife Carmen Rodriguez in 1970. They returned to California and made their home in Lindsay. Pascual was a hard working man and provided for his family. He enjoyed riding his moped, playing soccer in his younger years, liked music, and convertible sports cars. He was quite the handyman and of course loved being with his family. He will be remembered as a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, uncle and friend.

Pascual was preceded in death by a brother Antonio Rodriguez and a sister Esperanza Rodriguez. He is survived by his wife Carmen Rodriguez of Lindsay; his children Pascual Rodriguez Jr., Maria Rodriguez, Lupe Rodriguez, Alicia Rodriguez, Adrian Rodriguez and Lucia Rodriguez; 17 grandchildren and one great grandchild as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on that Wednesday, September 1 from 2 until 7 PM at Sacred Heart Church.
